Bhut Jolokia Assam - (Capsicum chinense). Bhut Jolokia Assam/ Also known as the Bhut Jolokia Indian Carbon pepper originates from Assam and Nagaland in India. It's also called the Tezpur chili after the Indian city of Tezpur where it is widely used. These peppers grow to 2.5 to 3 inches in length and have a little rougher and dented texture than a regular ghost pepper. Plants get 4-5 feet tall and produce an enormous amount of pods. Heat level: 750.000 - 1,000,000 SHU - Extremely Hot. Flavor: Floral, Sweet Bhut flavor.
