To achieve that translucency, Acrylester is harder to turn due to its brittleness but the results are incredible.Steps you can take to avoid chipping and blow out are:*1. Sharp tools of course.*2. Round the edges of you turning blanks using a sander/grinder to avoid catching.*3. Never start your cut from the end of the blank, Always from the center outward.*4.
