Batik Fabric Microwave Large Bowl Cozy

This is a large fabric bowl cozy to use in the microwave for reheating food. It was made with two hand dyed Indonesian cotton batik fabrics, a colorful honeycomb pattern on one side and a marbled light blue pattern on the reverse. In the photos it is holding an 8.5 inch wide pyrex bowl. Instead of touching a hot bowl, you can lift the bowl out with the cozy instead. Not intended for extended use in the microwave. These are also nice for holding a cold bowl of ice cream or as a bread bowl or just organize stuff in it. Made with cotton fabric, cotton thread and two layers of low loft, cotton batting. Do not microwave more than 3 minutes. Machine washable on delicate. Air dry over an upside down bowl. May use a hot iron.
