ASSEMBLING YOUR BALLOONS?
Step 1: Blow up some balloons with balloon pump then tie knots,
Step 2: Place the knot through the decorating strip, skip a hole if balloons are too tight.
Step 3:Use strong glue points to make it easier for small balloons to fill the gaps in the balloon. Do not touch the glue point with any tools or fingers, but simply press the object onto the glue point.
Step 4: Make more gorgeous looking, add some eucalyptus, curling ribbon, flowers, leaves, tulle and more. RIBBON - You may need to hang up the balloon arches or garland, the ribbon will help you.
