Guitarist (and founder of Epitaph Records) Brett Gurewitz leads the charge on an ironically bright-eyed "Suffer," and thrusts the playful, smart "Doing Time" into an impressive feedback maw. While stage-diving fans bop around an unflappable Graffin, the band rolls out some of its most impressive, if lyrically ponderous, material, including the epic "Latch Key Kids" and the pop-laced "Along the Way."
