The balm was researched and developed 80 years ago and introduced to traditional Ayurveda physicians for clinical trials in 1934. An effective therapy for relief from colds, sneezing, flu, headaches, swelling due to toothaches, rheumatic discomforts and muscular aches and pains. Foment the affected part of the body with warm water using a piece of cloth. Dry, apply Siddhalepa and bandage. Repeat two or three times a day.
