Description:
1.The thickness gauge is made of zinc alloy of fine quality and durability. Dial indicator with white face with fine graduations, for precise and readable.
2.The gauge can be used to measuring thickness between 0~20mm. High accuracy with measuring Aaccuracy: 0.1mm. Small size and light weight,portable and convenient to be carried with.
3.Grip handle, thumb trigger, and spring-loaded spindle for accurate measurements.
Indicator Zero Setting:
1Press the probe to bring the two probes together.
2.Turn the dial so that the 0 position of the dial coincides with the position of the hands.
3.That is, set to zero.
Note:
1.Make sure the flat anvil is clean before measurement and check whether the pointer is reset.

Measuring Method:
Step 1: Put the item (e.g. a pearl) on the bottom contact point;
Step 2: Push the thumb trigger and make sure the upper contact point reaches the item;
Step 3: Switch the fastening nut to have better accuracy;
Step 4: Read the values on the indicator face.
Note: Please remember to reset the values after each measurement.
