Astara Right Handed Boomerang for All Age Kids Above 8 Years Old.

Astara Boomerangs are a custom molded competition boomerang for the Fast Catch Event for Beginning Boomerang Throwers. They can be thrown by kids as young as 8 but they are best utilized by more experienced throwers or teenagers. We recommend these for kids above 10 years old through adult ages. They are designed to be thrown low and hard by experienced competitors but beginners should throw and catch them like a hobby boomerang with a relatively soft toss with lots of spin. Kind of like a baseball throw from 3rd base if you have plenty of time to throw the runner out. The 4 wing design gives extra lift and makes for an easier return. It is good to have a Fast Catch boomerang in your bag for eventual use if you do take part in a regional competition event. These are molded plastic airfoils and very lightweight ( 1.7 ounces total weight ).
