Cooking Directions 1. Place 1 cup of assi vegetable pancake mix with 1 cup of water in a bowl. Mix well until there are no lumps. 2. Chop desired vegetables and meats into bite size pieces and add into the batter mixture. Stir well. 3. Add assi vegetable oil into a heated pan. Ladle to onto the pan. Panfry for about 2 minutes on each side.
