Asianmeals Rendang Curry Paste is one of the most popular Malaysian curries. Rendang is a unique blend of lemon grass, turmeric and coconut as key ingredients. Great for beef, chicken, lamb or even prawns. Suggested Recipe Beef Rendang (serves 3 - 4) 1 packet : Asianmeals Rendang Curry Paste 350g - 400g : Beef, cut into serving sizes 120g : Coconut milk Cooking Method - Empty paste from pouch and mix well with beef in a pot over medium heat. - Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is almost cooked. - Remove the lid, stir in coconut milk and bring to a boil. - Remove cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally until the meat is cooked through and tender and the sauce thickens to coat the meat. Serve with rice or bread.
