How to install the ink cartridge?
1. Remove the ink cartridge from the individual package.
2. Remove the yellow pull tab, recommends using a paper towel. No need to peel off the plastic covering the nozzle, it will be punctured by the printer automatically once installed
3. Insert the cartridge into the designated color slot, Making Sure it is completed clicked in. You may need to PUSH a little bit hard for the LC3011 series.
4. Click OK or Start if the printer shows a message such as "NO INK" or "Non-Original", this is normal for compatible cartridges. If the cartridge does not show ink level on the printer monitor, please reinstall the cartridge
It may take a few attempts, cartridge performance will not be unaffected even without showing an ink level.
5. If the original packages you have got have been damaged, please do not use them, instead of contacting our AMZ service team for replacement. Because the cartridges might be damaged during transportation.
