Arrowhead Mills Organic Popcorn

White popcorn ingredients: 1 - 3 qt saucepan with a cover; ? cup Arrowhead Mills white popcorn; 3 tbsp canola oil or coconut oil; 2 tbsp melted butter (optional); salt to taste. Cooking instructions: Heat oil in pan over a high heat. Add 3 kernels - once those have popped, add the rest of the kernels in an even layer. Cover with lid and let pan sit over a low heat. Keep covered for 30 seconds or until all kernels have popped. When rapid popping has slowed to almost nothing, remove from heat, transfer to a medium bowl, toss popcorn with melted butter and salt.
