The AquaticLife RODI replacement cartridges kit comprises of a Sediment Water Filter Cartridge, Carbon Block Cartridge, and Carbon Plus Chloramine Water Filter Cartridge. The reverse osmosis water filters are designed to fit standard 10" x 2.5" reverse osmosis system water filtration units.
SEDIMENT CARTRIDGE: The sediment filter cartridge ensures the removal of debris such as dirt, sand, silt, and more. Made from 100% pure Polypropylene fibers, the cartridge is self-sealing for a tight fit in home filtration units.
CARBON BLOCK FILTER: The activated carbon block water filter removes 1 PPM chlorine for up to 2,500 gallons of water and conditions the water prior to the RO Membrane for up to six months.
CARBON PLUS CHROLAMINE FILTER: The chloramine filter cartridge has a high capacity to reduce chloramines, for up to 3,000 gallons of water at a flow rate of 0.5 GPM, with a greater than 98% reduction of 3 ppm chloramine. Furthermore, this chlorine filter cartridge is effective in filtering up to 30,000 gallons of water at a flow rate of 0.5 GPM with 2 ppm chlorine. By removing both chloramines and chlorine, the Carbon Plus cartridge guarantees proper water conditioning.
