Rustic Sand Dollar Charms made by Greek Artisans. I sanded the surface of the aqua patina to show the copper beneath and to reveal the pattern. Known as Mykonos beads, these sand dollars begin with a base metal, then are dipped in copper, then coated with an aqua-turquoise patina. I added tiny freshwater cultured pearls which dangle just below. These dangle 1 & 1/8 inches below copper earring wires.
