Anne of Green Gables Mug Anne and Diana Friendship Gift

My favorite friendship in all of literature as to be that of Anne Shirley and Diana Barry. When I was younger my hair was entirely red and my best friend's hair was black. She was Diana to my Anne, and we were the thickest and best of friends. I knew we'd be friends for "as long as the sun and the moon shall endure". One always wishes to have that one friend who knows everything about you and accepts you, warts and all, as their nearest and dearest. This mug is my toast to friendship, featuring my original watercolor illustration of Anne Shirley and Diana Barry, along with the following quote from Anne of Green Gables: "True friends are always together in spirit." Because they are. The best friendships survive over time and distance, misunderstandings, struggles and hardships, and all the ups and downs that are a part of life. If you have a friend like that, you are blessed indeed! The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, and is great for hot or cold liquids. It features a cheery yellow interior and handle and holds approximately 11 oz of liquid.
