Angel and the Badman-Blue Steel

Angel and the Badman (originally shown in 1947) presents the Duke as a gunslinger, wounded during a bank robbery. He is slowly nursed back to health by Gail Russell, a Quaker girl, forcing the Duke to decide between crime or the love of a decent woman (120 minutes). Blue Steel (55 minutes, originally shown in 1934) teams Duke with George "Gabby" Hayes, pairing off against a group of crooked land speculators.
