All of our products are hand filleted and hand packed in Oregon, and all of our Albacore is sustainably caught in the North Pacific. Our products are hand filleted, hand packed sashimi grade Albacore loins. Packed in the can by hand raw, sealed, and steam cooked packing itself in fish Oil. The only ingredients in this can are Albacore tuna and olive oil. The packing method gives the customer 8 – 10, 000mg’s of Omega 3 per 6oz serving naturally, by not baking The product prior to canning the Omega 3 retention is 100%. in addition, in the 6oz product The customer receives 6.2Oz’s of Albacore in every can with no draining. The oil in the can is fish oil and should be included with the Albacore while breaking up the steak (note: there is 42g’s of protein per can as well, 14g’s per serving, 3 servings per can). The Albacore steak in the can was taken from one Albacore at a time And is not compiled from multiple Albacore.
