They like partial sun and well-draining soils in your garden and are often planted to deter deer from eating other plants and vegetables. In a pot, be sure to water them only when the soil is almost dry. With proper care, they will bloom in late spring or early summer. Shipping and handling can be very tough on live plants so please be sure to open and check your plant right away.
