Product Description Alphabet Al gets young learners out of their seats to exercise their bodies and minds. Fun songs promote imaginative play with creative movements like Picking Cherries, Soaring Eagles, and Air Guitar while developing letter skills. This program, developed along with a certified fitness trainer, also includes traditional exercises, such as Jumping Jacks and Windmills. It works the upper and lower body and includes both stretching and isometric movements. A bonus section helps children learn how to print upper and lowercase letters. Review This is a great way to get kids moving! My daughter is three years old and the DVD really held her attention. We loved this DVD - especially because both parent and child can exercise together. --Reviewer, Mom's Best Award Children learn the alphabet while exercising which makes it a fun, interactive way to learn...This is a great way to get kids exercising and it s also a terrific way to learn the alphabet, as it incorporates audio, visual and interactive learning. I highly recommend this DVD. --T. Maxon, Tummy to Toddler I gave Emily, my 3-year-old granddaughter, this DVD from Rock 'N Learn that teaches the ABCs while doing fun exercises to song. She loved moving around, following the exercises with Alphabet Al. Her mom, Lori, teaches 3 1/2 - 4 year olds. She took the Alphabet Exercise to school to play it for her pre-school class since they couldn't go out to play - they had over 10 inches of snow the day before! The whole class was up and moving by 'picking cherries' and more fun movements while learning the alphabet, beginning sounds, and new vocabulary. Lori and the other teachers liked it because they didn't need anything but the video for the kids to have a good time during their exercise time indoors. Lori stated, "Awesome! They loved it! At the end, it still had 90% of the kids attention. They wanted more!" That saying a lot for children of that young age! --Nana, Nana' s Corner
