Al Dente’s new pasta shapes are collectively named “Piccolo Pasta” and made by rolling out egg noodles which are cut and formed into three unique shapes: Turmeric Pinchetti (little pinches), Egg Bonnetti (little bonnets) and Spinach Farfalletti (little butterflies). If you’ve never before seen these shapes, that’s because they have never been available on the US market! Piccolo means “little” in Italian and these little shapes are big in flavor!
