Position the air door actuator onto the plenum assemble of the HVAC air distribution housing and install it. 2. Rotate the air door deflector shaft slightly to align the spines on the actuator output shaft with those on the blend door lever. 3. Align the mounting hole of air door actuator to the mounting column in the housing. Install the screws that secure the air door actuator and tighten it. 4. Connect the HVAC wire harness connector to the Air Blend Door Actuator.
