How to replace the radiator cooling fan:
Step 1:Locate the Radiator Cooling Fan
First,turn off your car to let it cool off.Open the hood of your car and find the radiator which is located at the back of the grill,the radiator cooling fan is attached at the back of the radiator through a mounting frame.
Step 2: Disconnect the Power Supply
There is an electric cable running towards the engine,please find the wires which connect the engine and the radiator cooling fan,and disconnect it.Just remember the connection of the wires.
Step 3:Remove the Fan Housing
Using the wrench to remove the screws of the fan housing.Remove the fasteners at the sides of the fan housing as well.There are lots of obstructions like hoses and wirings so please be careful when you remove the fan housing.
Step 4:Remove the Radiator Cooling Fan and the Fan Motor
Loose the fan blade and slide if off with a screwdriver,also remove the the keeper that prevent the fan.
Step 5:Install the Replacement Radiator Cooling Fan and Fan Motor
Last step is install the new cooling fan into the fan housing,slide the replacement cooling fan into the shaft,then insert the keeper,ensure that everything are into their place
