Ahtriya Tagine Spice is a versatile blend containing coriander, garlic, ginger, rosemary, pepper, salt, thyme and turmeric. We designed this spice blend with vegetarian tagine dishes in mind, so you don't have to buy a bunch of spices to make a tagine. It is based on my Mother-in-Law, Drissia's, personal spice blend she makes in the winter to keep everyone healthy. She always tells us the ginger, turmeric and garlic will help our immune system.
