I love having the variety of lengths and focus to choose from. Verbal cues and instruction are easy for any advance yogi to do without looking at the screen, but watching Jennifer is truly inspiring. Murray While this video is a little above my current yoga level I enjoy it as it is challenging and allows me to practice poses that I do not feel comfortable trying in a class setting. The teacher has a clear voice and her encouraging energy is evident even through the TV. While I have not made it through the longer segments, the two short class are perfect for a great workout for those of us with a busy schedule. --J.
