Welding instructions:
Welding is performed in the order of component height (low to high). Recommended: Resistor -> Diode -> Capacitance -> Transistor -> Crystal -> Rectifier Bridge -> Electrolytic Capacitor -> Chip -> Inductor -> LED Lamp -> Other element.
Resistance welding has no direction requirements. The color ring resistance value is recommended to be confirmed with a multimeter.
The type of the diode is written on the surface of the component. There is a direction requirement when soldering. The part with the crossbar is the current destination direction, which corresponds to the direction of the small horizontal bar of the board.
The type of triode and FET is written on the front side of the component and has a direction requirement when soldering.
The welding of the capacitor, crystal and color ring inductor has no direction requirement.
The rectifier bridge has a directional requirement, and the direction of the component + corresponds to the direction of the board +, so be careful.
The type of electrolytic capacitor is written on the surface of the component. There is a polarity requirement when soldering. The direction with the white bar is the negative pole, and the direction of the white shadow on the circuit board is the negative pole.
The model number of the chip is written on the surface of the component, and the soldering has the direction requirement. The IC socket is soldered first, and then the chip is inserted.
LED lights need to pay attention to the welding direction.
