2. After you put the battery into the clock, make sure the screw on the minute hand wont be too tight. Because the wheel gear of Quartz won't be moving normally if it's too tight.(You can check the back of the clock)
3. Due to long-distance transportation, the pointer may be loose. It is recommended to reinstall after getting it. When calibrating the time, please move all the hands to the 12 o'clock position, then put the battery to start the pointer.
