Peach Streusel Mug Cake 4 Tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. baking powder a pinch of salt 1 Tbsp. butter, softened 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. applesauce a few drops of vanilla 1 Tbsp. diced peaches Streusel: 1 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Mix first 8 ingredients in mug. In separate bowl, mix Streusel ingredients. Pour on top of batter in mug. Bake in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. If not done, cook in 10-second intervals until done. Enjoy.
