9th Infantry Regiment Patch Vietnam

The 9th Infantry Regiment is one on the first units authorized in the USArmy. It first appeared as a result of the Act of 16 July 1798, that authorized twelve additional regiments of infantry, in January 1799. Josiah Carville Hall, of Maryland, was its Lieutenant Colonel.
