ASSEMBLING YOUR BALLOONS?
Step 1: Blow the balloon with a balloon pump and seal with a knotter.
Step 2: Pass the knot of the balloon through the hole in the link strip and fix it. If the balloon is too tight, skip the hole.
Step 3: Use a solid glue dot and fill the gap with a small balloon to make your gold balloon arches fuller. Do not touch the glue point with any tools or fingers, just press the object onto the glue point.
