2. All backgrounds in the store will be sent by folding,because the length of the item cannot exceed 1.2 meters due to post office regulations. When you receive items, there may be creases(little cases). Here's how to remove creases?
1) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be disappear.
2) Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then it will be smooth again.
3).Hang it over for 3-4days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear.
