The kit includes:

15x 10inch black latex balloon

Steps for using the banner:
There are copper round holes on the 4 corners of the poster, just use the included rope to pass through and hang it, so that it wont fall off easily.
Steps for making balloon garland:
1. Inflate the balloon and fasten it. Supports air and helium.
2. Measure the balloon strips and cut them to the required length, leaving extra space at each end for hanging decorations later.
3. Pull out the latex balloon knot through the strap hole.
4. Turn the decorative ribbon of the balloon into the shape you want.
Steps to use bonding points:
1. Open the balloon bonding points, a total of 100 pieces.
2. Stick bonding points on the balloon.
3. Paste the balloon wherever you want to paste, including balloons.
