Gold kiwis distinguish themselves from common kiwis in color, texture and flavor. The Gold kiwi has bronze toned, smooth, hairless paper-thin skin. Kiwifruit is a good source of vitamin E, a fat-soluble nutrient that exhibits significant antioxidant activity and plays a role in immune system function.
