Harvesting guide:
The ideal time to harvest cucumbers fresh mini is when they transition from green to yellow. However, it's important to avoid allowing them to become deeply yellow, as they will be overripe and develop a bitter taste. Instead, pluck the organic lemon cucumber from the vine when they have just started changing color and are approximately the size of a lemon. By consistently picking the organic cucumber lemon, you encourage the plant to continue producing more.
How to Grow:
TO PLANT OUTDOORS
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil under warm weather and all danger of frost is past. Sow seeds into soil 1 inch deep and 12 inches apart. Each row of seeding must be at least 48 - 72 in. Cover and press soil over seeds firmly, keep it moist until the seeds is germinated in 7 to 14 days.
TO START EARLY INDOOR GARDEN
Begin indoors 2 to 4 weeks prior to the last frost date, or if you prefer to start them outdoors, sow the seeds directly into the soil once all frost risks have passed and the soil temperature reaches at least 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
When starting seeds indoors, various containers can be used. Milk jugs can be repurposed as mini-greenhouses. Prior to sowing the seeds, moisten the soil well (avoid over-soaking) and gently press the seeds into the planting medium, covering them lightly.
GROWING TIPS
Keep soil moist and often weeding. In addition, you should protect seedlings from hungry birds by netting or plastic baskets, removing the net before plants get crowded. To save space, consider growing cucumber vines vertically on trellises. Ensure that the trellis structure is sturdy enough to support the weight of mature vines and their fruit as
