When one of the dies is not in use, you can conveniently store it in the tools magnetic base. Use this tool to create 45 degree flares on 3/16 steel, copper coated steel, copper nickel, or copper tubing. Step 1: Insert tubing, set depth, and tighten. Step 2: Insert OP1 flare head into die block, tighten with a 12mm or socket wrench. Step 3: Insert OP2 flare head into die block, tighten with a 12mm or socket wrench. Step 4: Remove die head, loosen block, inspect flare.
