Our design is inspired by a pattern representing hemp leaves ??? / Asanoha (Hemp Leaves). Since the Heian era, this hexagonal geometric pattern has been used as a decoration. Later, this pattern was named “Asanoha”, a Japanese word for hemp leaves, for its resemblance to hemp leaves. Hemp has strong vitality and grows vigorously (reaching a height of 4m in a mere 4 months) without the need for much care, thus the design carries the gift healthy growth.
