Step 2: Flush the toilet and make sure the tank is completely emptied?or wash again if necessary. Step 3: Untie the rinse chain. Step 4: Firmly turn the valve stem counterclockwise and you will hear a click. Step 5: Remove the flushing unit from the toilet tank. Step 6: Replace the old seal with a new one (Note:each toilet only has one seal). Step 7: Put the stem back in place and tighten it clockwise to tighten. Step 8: Reinstall the rinse chain. Step 9: Reopen the water and allow tank to refill.
