How to Spin the Mop? 1. Keep the mop rod upright and the mop plate parallel to the ground. 2. Twist the locking buckle on the mop handle. 3. Place the mop into the bucket or wringer and align the mop with the raised part. 4. Press down the mop handle, it will rotate freely. 5. Remenber to lock the buckle to fix it when mopping.
