Instruction to create Sprinkle Candy Balloons Backdrop
Step 1: Knot balloons into six equal sections (each about 1 or 2 inch long).
Step 2: Pump air into the first section until it is about 4 inch long, then finish it with a knot. Cut the inflated section off as close to the knot as possible, and repeat until you have six sprinkle shaped balloons.
Step 3: Tape the nubs on the ends of the balloons down with a small piece of Scotch tape.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 1-3 with the different color balloons until you have about aenough sprinkles.
Step 5: Tape the balloons to the wall.
