Features
This product penetrates into surfaces to form a durable moisture resistant barrier which protects and helps maintain all of your hardscape surfaces. The water based silicone formula provides long lasting protection from UV damage, freeze/thaw damage, and reduces surface efflorescence and concrete dusting. Easy to use, one coat application is breathable and does not trap moisture. Allows for use on Interior and Exterior Surfaces. Low VOC and coverage is up to 600 square feet per gallon.
Application
Generally, apply one coat of sealer to surfaces. It is recommended to use a high pressure sprayer with a fan tip. Ensure smooth application of sealer. If product puddles or drips on the surface, back-roll to smooth out excess product for even coverage. DO NOT FLOODCOAT.
Ensure proper surface conditions. Prior to application, the surface should be completely dry for best results. The surface temperature should be between 30-120 F (-1-49 C), and it should be maintained for 12 hours from the start of application. Do not apply below 40F (4C) or above 95F (35C).

Test
Perform a small test area (at least 2 sq. ft.) using the product to ensure suitability and the desired results prior to full application.
