Before Use Instructions1. Remove plastic protections and wash with warm, soapy water. Dry immediately.2. Insert screw at the bottom of the peel and align wooden handle with the screw.3. Tighten the knob to secure the wooden handle to the peel. During Use Instructions1. Carefully slide your food onto your pizza stone, oven, or grill. Ensure that your peel has a generous coating of semolina or is lightly floured to allow your food to easily slide on and off the peel. 2. While cooking, use the peel to adjust your food to the heat as needed.3. Once your food is prepared, slide the peel underneath to transfer your finished product onto a cutting board.5.
