Defective appearance,please stop installation. 1.Making the engine and timing cove clean;Do not remove the mounting guide sleeve before installation or will cause lose installation direction,or will cause lose installation direction,lose protection and unable to reset. 2.Use 5mm sealant line along the contour of cover with a circle. 3.1mm thick uniformty ,ensure contact with air fully. 4.Evenly apply grease to the crankshaft contacting the oil seal part.The sealant is naturally dried in the air for 1-2 hours until can be installed by touching the finger without drawing(the surface dry time will different according to the temperature and humidity of the air) 5.Fix the cover positioning hole corresponding to the cylinder head,meanwhile,on the crankshaft,using the thrust of the crankshaft--pushing the oil seal mounting --guide bush out of the oil seal when positioning hole is installed and fitted at the same time that the oil seal is installed,the oil seal is also attached to the crankshaft. 6.Tighten cover bolts,rotate 45 degrees with the torque anglea after hearing the click.After all the bolts are locked,they must be kept for more than 24 hours to ensure that the sealant is completely dry before the engine can be ignited and repaired.
